A legal adult (21 years or older) must be the one that signs the rental agreement and must be present at all times during the rental time.
Surveillance Equipment is not to be tampered with. Please remember any misuse of the building or destruction of property will be recorded and the renter will be held responsible for returning the building/equipment to its original state.
The following agreement will need to be printed and returned with your payment prior to your rental date. Please let us know if you need us to provide a copy for you. We can arrange a copy to be left at the payment box on the south side of the building if needed. Melissa Hoopes will contact you the day before the rental with key code information to enter the building.
